If Your Child is Absent:

Please call for each day of your child's absence - Call our Attendance Hotline

 760-901-7500 press 1 and leave us a voicemail

Attendance line is available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.

The following information is necessary:

  • Parent/Guardian Name
  • Child’s Name
  • Grade
  • Teacher’s Name 
  • Date of Absence
  • Reason for Absence

Absences must be cleared within 5 days after the student returns to school. 

If your child will be absent for a planned out-of-town trip, please notify the main office 7 days in advance.

Excused absences include illness, injury, medical appointments, and, death of immediate family members. All other absences are considered unexcused. Please click here for more attendance information
